Veerhouse Voda is a company that focuses on creating disaster-resistant buildings and affordable homes by employing a combination of engineered Steel Framing and expanded polystyrene (EPS). They have commissioned me to develop contemporary house designs that are compatible with their construction technology. I have successfully created over 20 models, and I would like to present three of them to you.
This architectural design features a two-storey house with expansive windows that bring in abundant natural light and create a seamless connection between the indoors and outdoors. The backyard is enhanced by a beautiful decking area, providing an inviting space for outdoor activities. The ground floor encompasses a spacious living area of 38m², a comfortable dining space spanning 19m², and a well-appointed kitchen measuring 16m². Upstairs, there are three cozy bedrooms covering a total area of 58m². Additionally, the house includes two bathrooms with a combined area of 14m². For convenience, there are two covered parking spots, totaling 40m², ensuring protection for vehicles. This architectural design seamlessly combines modern aesthetics, functional living spaces, and a touch of outdoor relaxation.

The house offers a compact yet well-designed layout, featuring a cozy living area measuring 16m², a comfortable dining space of the same size, and a functional kitchen spanning 16m². The bedroom, covering a generous area of 80m², provides a spacious and private retreat for relaxation. Additionally, there is a practical laundry area spanning 8m², ensuring convenience in household chores. The bathroom, occupying 25m², offers a luxurious space for self-care and rejuvenation. Completing the design is a terrace area, providing an outdoor haven for relaxation and entertainment. This architectural concept combines minimalist design elements with efficient use of space, resulting in a modern and comfortable living environment.
